Bought by my great-grandfather for $50.  He got 11 acres on Georgetown Island, Maine on a plot of land with no road.  Still, the only way in is by boat.  We share it with the entire family.  All eight brothers and sisters and all of their kids, some of whom who are now having kids.  At night it’s so dark you can’t tell if your eyes are closed or open.
